>Aunt Mary Frances, really was a pioneer in her thinking and actions. >Throughout my life I was learning lesson and creating memories that I >did not realize at the time! Because of her, taking me camping- I >learned to fish with crawdads & worms. Also to golf, at first a lot of >running for the balls that She & Uncle Willie would let us run & pick >up at Owls Nest Park. Her instructions were enough that in the 80's I >was prepared to participate in the Golfing Events on my corporate job. >She also had innovations on many things, like eating her cornflakes >with orange soda, loved ice cream, & catsup on everything!! She made >the best Potato Salad-wow, will really miss that at family gatherings. >Definitely a woman of Christian character and I don't remember ever >hearing yelling at me or anyone, Oh-a totally new thing in my recent >visit with her was to be exposed to her Worshiping The Lord in Song, >something that my cuzin, Pastor Edward P. Jones, informed me of. In >her life she always sang. I will certainly cherish that I did have an >opportunity to speak to Aunt Mary on 11/10/14, the day after her 94th >birthday. Was able to share that I loved her and she too let me know >that she loved me more---Most Sincerely, Niece- Gloria ( GJ) >Broomfield Thomas > >SECONDLY************************** can be read with the resolutions > >POEM TO THE FAMILY >Peace I Give Unto You >"A Rose" > >GOD HAS NOT PROMISED SUN WITHOUT RAIN, JOY WITHOUT SORROW, PEACE >WITHOUT PAIN. BUT GOD HAS PROMISED STRENGTH FOR THE DAY,REST FOR THE >LABORER, LIGHT FOR THE WAY, GRACE FOR THE TRAILS, HELP FROM ABOVE, >UNFAILING SYMPATHY, UNDYING LOVE. EVEN THROUGH YOUR TEARS, REMEMBER >THE LORD WILL TURN THE DARKNESS BEFORE YOU INTO LIGHT. > >WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH. WE HAVE NO WORDS TO MAKE A >DIFFERENCE, NO ANSWERS OR SOLUTIONS TO MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR THE >FAMILY. BUT WE DO KNOW THAT "THE ROSE" GOD SENT TO THE FAMILY WILL BE >IN YOUR HEARTS ALWAYS. AUNT MARY WAS A ROSE FOR THE BEGINNING OF YOUR >LIFE AND SHE HAS LEFT ROOM FOR THE FAMILY TO FINISH WHAT OUR ALMIGHTY >LORD BEGAN. MAY OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST BE WITH YOU FOR >ALWAYS.
