I’m just now founding out about Arlinda. I used to work with Arlinda way back at Brookwood. We had a blast. We had an awesome friendship. Don’t know when we lost touch but I tried to get back in touch with her on Facebook. It’s sad to know my friend is gone. I was happy to know that she had gotten into church. My girl used to tear them up in pool back in the day. I love you and may the Lord continue to comfort your family. Kathy Wooten asked me if I knew you were gone and I thought it just happened. Arlinda was such a solid friend and sister in the faith with a very willing spirit. Truly enjoyed our mission trips together. She didn't have to encourage you with words but simply by being in her presence. The Joy of the Lord was all over Arlinda and even in her infectious smile. Oh, what a precious friend and dear sister in Christ Jesus, Arlinda has been to our family as she lovingly cared for our Mom with a care giver's heart that was always filled with the joy of the Lord. She blessed the whole family with love, joy, hope, and a trusted dependability. We are so blessed as a family to have known Arlinda, and to have had the privilege and joy of being a part of her life. Arlinda was one of the first people we became acquainted with at the Princeton Pike Church of God when we started attending about five years ago. She was a warm, friendly person who loved the Lord and people. She was involved in different areas of ministry and she was a delight to know...everyone loved to hear her laugh. We will miss her but have the assurance that she is safely home with Jesus.
