Ruben Kelly

Ruben (Todd) Kelly III was born December 23, 1974 to the union of Ruben Kelly Jr. and Marsha Dugan.

Ruben played little league football starting at 6 years old until he started Jr. High School.  Ruben graduated from Colerain High School in 1993.  He married Jinnifer Meagher.  From this union Christian and Faith was born.  Later Ruben was blessed with two more children Dyamond and Jade.

He was enlisted in the Army from 1998 until 2002.  Ruben is a gulf war veteran. After leaving military life, Ruben attended truck driving school and received his Commercial Driving License.  He drove for USA trucking and later took a job with United Dairy Farmers as a Hazmat Driver.  Ruben worked for Pacific manufacturing until he was called home August 9th, 2021.

Ruben was an avid sports fan. His favorite sport was football and his favorite team was the Texans.  Ruben was also a movie buff, his movie collections totaled more than 500 movies.  Ruben fancied himself to be a master player of dominoes and the game of chess.

Ruben leaves to cherish his memory, mother Marsha Dugan; four children, Christian Mealor (Cincinnati, OH), Faith Raines (Charles) (Patuxent River, MD), Dyamond Armstrong (Nashville, TN) and Jade Reese (Clarksville TN); brother, James Dugan; sister, Micah Dugan; grandchildren, Charles and Rosa; aunt, Theresa Jackson; uncles, Gregory Wallace, John Pickett; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
